These small group, open enrolment workshops are for all ages and all levels,
from total beginners to experienced actors.
A weekly workshop focused on performing and discussing your favourite scenes and monologues from Shakespeare's plays. A perfect opportunity to try out a challenging role and get individual feedback and insight into a variety of Shakespeare's styles. Learn to read the emotional cues Shakespeare left in the text, and make strong decisions that let you create a uniquely personal performance.
All casting is gender/type neutral, everyone is welcome to bring their favourite scenes and roles

"Romeo and Juliet", Shakespeares most famous and often most misunderstood tragedy. We'll dive into the whole play, working on every scene and character over the course of 4 weeks. You can choose a single character to focus on, or enjoy trying out all your favourite characters!

A deeper dive into a full Shakespeare's Comedy! You'll have the opportunity to perform a complete character, to explore the techniques of acting Shakespeare, to learn how to understand and embody a character, and to explore physical aspects of action and comedy on stage.
